With over 20 years of experience in the Learning & Development space, Karishma Chhabria is a Senior Behavioral Trainer, International Speaker, Corporate Facilitator, and Trusted Performance Coach. A subject-matter expert in human behavior, she is widely respected for her ability to decode what truly drives people—enabling individuals and organizations to achieve sustainable performance excellence.
Karishma’s career began with Jet Airways, where she developed a strong foundation in people skills, service excellence, and communication—an experience that continues to inform her training philosophy. Her transition into Learning & Development was driven by a deep passion for human potential, leading her to establish Get Skilled Training Solutions in 2007.
Since then, she has partnered with 500+ organizations, delivering transformational Soft Skills and Behavioral programs to professionals across industries including IT, BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, Hospitality, Telecom, Media, and Pageantry. Her work spans Asia, the Middle East, and select regions of the United States, with expertise in delivering Offline, Online, and Hybrid learning formats for diverse, multicultural audiences.
Beyond corporate training, Karishma also Good to Great Coaching ( For Individual Coaching Clients) , Style Niche (Image Consulting) and Get Crowned (Pageant Coaching Academy)—ventures that reflect her belief in holistic personal growth, executive presence, and authentic self-expression.
